At Diveline Scuba Centre, we are proud to offer nationally recognised courses in First Aid through PADI RTO, designed to meet Australian workplace requirements. Our specialty is to tailor courses for SCUBA divers with theory and practical training focusing on situations that divers may encounter. Courses can also be tailored to meet the needs of individual workplaces.

This course set describes the skills and knowledge required to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation, use AED's (automated external defibrilators), and provide basic life support during a first aid response to a casualty in line with first aid guidelines determined by the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and other Australian national peak clinical bodies. Additionally, students will complete the training and skills for HLTAID015 Provide Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy. This additional unit applies to persons who may be required to use specifalised equipment to provide resusciation or oxygen therapy and control life-threatening bleeding in a range of complex situations, including community and workplace settings. 

Completion of this unit will satisfy the requirements of PADI Rescue Diver pre-requisites and is also a requirement for all professional and commercial scuba divers.
